GC Tech, Inc. started in 1982 and is based in Los Angeles. It is a graduated SBA 8(a), multi-disciplinary professional services firm. We offer both governmental and private sector clients a wide range of  professional services for the transportation, aviation and utilities industries in planning and analysis, CAD/GIS, MEP, ADA design compliance, facilities engineering and enhancements, transit operations, facilities, stakeholder and, community outreach, policy implementation, piping & utility program management oversight and special studies, including sound wall management.

GC Tech, Inc. is a Minority/Small Business Enterprise owned and operated company and is certified by governmental agencies. We have successfully completed numerou design-build contracts and have earned the reputation of providing outstanding per- formance. We understand the technical aspects of facilities and transit planning, engineering services, construction manage - (scheduling, subcontractor compliance and management, project controls, work break-down structure (WBS), environmental mitigation and complex issues of public/community user involvement as an intrinsic element of project development and implementation.
